Wireless coverage: deploy AP2400S gateways across the floor; in high-bay metal racking, we recommend an on-site RF survey to finalise gateway count and mounting positions.

FAQ

Can it integrate with our WMS?

Yes. The REST API binds tags to location codes and SKUs, so when the WMS releases a picking wave the matching bin labels refresh in step; an API Gateway is available for third-party systems.

Does the warehouse need new wiring?

No rack wiring is needed. Tags last about 10 years (two refreshes a day, typical usage) and gateways run on ordinary mains power, avoiding racking retrofits and low-voltage works.

Does metal racking interfere with the wireless signal?

ESL uses the Sub-1GHz band, which diffracts around racking better than 2.4GHz, and two-way communication reports each tag's update result—undelivered messages are resent automatically, so mass repricing still lands in full.
